Simply speaking, it is the science of psychological measurement and aims at measuring psychological attributes, skills, aptitudes like personality, aptitudes, attitudes, intelligence, skills, motivation, manual dexterity, etc.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of the current assignment is to identify developmental needs to 180 Hi-Potentials (Hi-Po) Employees by conducting Psychometric Assessments.

PROPOSED METHODOLOGY

To ensure effectiveness of the assessment we propose the following methodology

We propose to use a pack of 2 tests for assessing competencies of each individual with reference to requirements specified by the management.
This package of 2 tests will include a Personality Test and a test that will focus on function related employees’ competencies.

Using more than one test helps in confirming the analysis derived from single test. It facilitates verification and validation of results within the testing platform itself.

TARGET GROUP

The current program targets at covering 180 Hi-Potential (Hi-Po) employees belonging to various level.

VENUE

The data through these psychometric tests will be collected online by our representatives.

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

INVESTMENT

We propose a professional fee of Rs. 4000/- (Rupees Four Thousand) per candidate tested/assessed.  The package will include two tests.

Note: Taxes will be extra as applicable

Other cost

The client will bear the travel cost of 1-2 consultant(s)/ Sr. Consultant(s) by Air/I-AC train/ AC Taxi from Pune/Mumbai/ Delhi to the Program site. Company will also arrange for all local hospitality in a five star hotel (in case of out stationed travel) and support facilities like Xeroxing, Venue, Local transport, Audio -visual instruments (LCD), etc. as required. All reading and exercise material and stationary costs will be paid by the company.

FEES AND RELATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The professional fee can be paid in the form of direct transfer. The amount can be issued in favor of Psychometric Incorporated, payable at Pune. 50% of the entire expected payment will be made at least 10 days prior to the program date in advance and rest 50% of the payment will be paid after completion/submission of reports for each batch. Late payment will attract 1.5% of interest on monthly basis. Consultants may change /postpone the program if advance payment is not done 15 days prior to the scheduled dates of the program. Other expenses are to be paid as per actual.
