Objectives

This program aims to arm you with business etiquette, manners and business ethics. All these subtle organizational dynamics will reflect in your respect to others, understanding and etiquette. If an employee is armed with these qualities, he/she will make customers as well as fellow employees feel at ease. Having a good professional mentality and appearance, good communication techniques and behavior with business etiquette, the managers will acquire good professional qualities which, in turn, will strengthen the inter-personal relations and the team spirit which will finally enhance the personal and the company’s image. Post training, the participants will become familiar with the requirements of etiquettes in business and formal office situations, which will help them to achieve the desired results in business and create better economic and social benefits for the company.

Duration

Duration of the workshop will be two full days.

Methodology

The program will use a mixed package of methods including unstructured and structured sessions of lectures, exercises, games, case analysis, audio – visuals and other exercises.
