► Online class: Before starting each module there will be an online class video steaming where along with teaching other related discussions about the module will be done.
► Queries: In the same session you can also solve your all queries by discussing your doubts.
► Email / phone support: Once in a week, you can also ask your questions by way of writing an email or calling us.
► Five years of ongoing learning: You will get membership to our LinkedIn group which is exclusively for Salahkaar Consultants’ students and is aimed at long term knowledge sharing.

***The course procedure is as follows:
The whole course is divided into modules and each module carries related assignments. Modules will be provided to you in the form of hard copies at your postal address. The course is designed in such a way that by reading the materials and then writing the assignments, you will know all that is required to be knowledgeable on the subject. On top of this, we now have online classes for your support.
After completion of every assignment, you have to send a soft copy as well as a hard copy to Salahkaar Consultants. Since it is an online / distance learning scheme, large part of the course will be covered by reading material and distant online learning / coaching by way of video steaming of lectures. You will be assessed on the assignments and the projects submitted by you and additionally a short & rather practical government test. We will help you prepare for the test by our mock tests.
While giving you certification, we will consider average grade of your assignments as grade attained by you for the course.

Major benefits I have gained from this project are as under:-
- This program has enabled me to distinguish between skills, traits, motives and self-concepts that contribute towards a functional workplace behavior and identify them distinctly in a big picture.
- My job as a facilitator is picking up behavioral data of participants in terms of ‘action’ and ‘speech’ and laying it bare in front of participants to help them cull out their learnings for a functional behavior in the team environment. This program has helped me in looking at competencies as part of a cluster and made it easy for me to find a pattern in the emerging data points.
- It has made me aware of various ways and means that can be used for an Individual Development Plan.
- Lastly, by virtue of the project, I have gained a fair amount of confidence to take on a live project on Competency Mapping.
