Key responsibilities:
1) Responsible for all the die settings and its maintenance.
2) To assist in breakdown, Preventive and Predictive maintenance.
3) Responsible for all tagging system as defined(OK,NOT OK,Under-maintenance).
4) Maintaining the records i.e. Die & Machine list.
5) To maintain good house – keeping in his respective plant / work place.
6) To ensure safety is adhered by everyone in the team by using the right PPE’s
7) Implementation of 3S in the work-place.
