We invite you to refer capable staff and win money / prizes gift.
1. For position equal or more than Senior Manager and Branch Manager, you can get INR 10,000 as referral fees if staff stays with us for 4 months time. INR 5,000 (or equivalent gift) will be paid on completion of the period and rest of INR 5,000 will be paid if the staff is rated as performing staff by his / her immediate reporting senior staff at Salahkaar Consultants.
2. For staff referral of consultants / recruiters position. You will get referral reward of INR 2,000 immediately after completion of 4 months and rest of INR 2,000 if the staff is rated as performing staff by his / her immediate reporting senior at Salahkaar Consultants.
3. For staff referral at Dataminer position. You will get referral reward of INR 1,000 on successful completion of 4 months of employment with Salahkaar Consultants.
