Job Objective:
To maintain quality and quantity of the press components and to reduce the breakdown maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
1) To plan and achieve daily and monthly target of the Press and machine maintenance with minimum Breakdowns.
2) Responsible for press shop maintenance by ensuring minimum breakdowns.
3) To attend breakdown on immediate basis.
4) Responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance of machine and also for preventive and predictive maintenance.
5) To keep records of the Press and machine maintenance and history card.
6) To maintain good house – keeping and 3S in his respective plant / work place.
7) To ensure the work unit is ready for sudden customer visits.
