| Promoting quality achievement and performance improvements throughout the organization. |
| Effectively interact with production and Development teams to maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s quality. |
| Working with purchase department to establish quality requirements. |
| Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislations. |
| Consider the application of environmental and health and safety standards. |
| Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to achieve accuracy and precision. |
| Defining quality procedure in conjunction with operating staff. |
| Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. |
| Attending to customers complaints within 48 hours and agreeing with customer’s plan of action to get the issue resolved as per the QC head requirement. |
| Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. |
| Organize and manage quality assurance function with the customers and with the company’s management. |
| Identifying the relevant quality related training needs and delivering training. |
| Ensuring test procedures are properly understood carried out and evaluate and that product modifications are investigated if necessary. |
| Manage and maintain the company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in- process materials and components, processes and finished goods. |
| Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that the targets are achieved. |
| Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing it with customers’ requirements. |
| Maintain quality manual and work towards ISO 9001 implementations. |
| GLC Machine maintenance |
| All QC procedure improvements if required or solve any procedural difficulty. |
| To complete Assign Flash-outs with accurately & report back to the production Team. |
| To check parameters (TDS, Hardness, COD, PH, T.S.S, Temperature) of all type of water. |
| Go through the daily production records along with the production officers & look for deviation from SOP. |
| To report of Data summary Analysis to plant and seniors timely. |
| To maintain standardization & calibration records on daily basis. |
| To Maintain stock & breakage register for glassware chemicals. |
| To Maintain Clean safe Lab with functional equipment & sufficient chemical stock. |
| Ensure all personnel use lab safety equipments. |
| Taking initative doing more than written duties & learning skills beyond current skill level. |
| Commitment towards work, following managers directions & working in a team. |
| To attend Team meeting & write to do list. |
