Job Objective:
To ensure that the products are delivered on time and with the best quality to the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
1) To generate new business and international clientele
2) To provide production planning and scheduling to the production department on daily, weekly and monthly basis and also to ensure daily dispatch is done as per schedule given.
3) Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure optimal performance.
4) To ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality and on time delivery.
5) To take the customer feedback by the selected customers on a quarterly basis (Different customers in every quarter)
5) To look after the new product development.
6) To create and update master data.
7) To generate sales order in absence of PO from the customers.
8) Minimum 85% of the payment collection forecast should be submitted from time to time.
9) To prepare and submit customers monthly compliance report.10) To submit the MIS report to the management on the 7th of every month.
