Electrical Engineer

Reporting to: Manager -`Engineering, / Manager -Engineering Projects & EHS /Designee

1. Responsible for the maintenance and engineering activity of API & Formulation division.
2. To follow Quality Policy, Data Integrity policy and EHS Policy.
3. To follow Good documentation practices, Good Hygiene Practices Good safety practices and Good engineering practices.
4. Day to day planning of maintenance related activities and coordination with other departments for any requirement, planning or follow-up.
5. To maintain records/ files according to GMP
6. To prepare Maintenance related records, SOPs, Schedules, Manuals, Plan, Calibration, Maintenance and validation reports and protocols.
7. Preparations of Preventive Maintenance schedule, Calibration & Validation schedule.
8. To maintain equipment’s, utilities, safety equipments, site & building as per GMP & EHS requirement.
9. To ensure that all records are maintained as per QMS requirement.
10. To follow Data integrity and Quality Policy.

To report seniors for any deviation or incident occurred/noticed.

on timely manner with investigation, root cause, CAPA.

12. To ensure CAPA derived from various investigations completed in timely manner.
13. To carry out Electrical maintenance activities as per schedule.
14. Monitoring availability of Electrical spaces.
15. To follow work order procedure for all maintenance activity. To implement and perform the procedures as per the integrated managements system (ISM) which conforms to the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and ISO 45001:2018 (OHSAS).
16. Be aware of IMS policy and its intention, and his/her role in fulfilling the requirements of the IMS policy, and the consequences of not fulfilling the requirements.
17. Comply with the PPE requirements and emergency preparedness requirements of the work being performed.
