Job Objective:

To establish and monitor ”Quality” for all aspect of good manufacturing practices(GMP)and other quality system pertaining and maintain its records/documents such as standard operating process(SOP),protocol of tests, results and reports.

Key Responsibility:

1.      To perform IPQA checks during manufacturing and packing activity.

2.      To give area clearance machine/equipments at various stages during manufacturing.

3.      To draw the process validation samples as per process validation protocol and with QC officer for analysis.

4.      To give line clearance to dispensing.

5.      To review and reconciliation of BMR.

6.      To review ATDS & analytical Data.

7.      To report about IPQA and other GMP related activities.

8.      To monitor GMP in various areas of operations.

9.      To maintain and update all QA related documentation.

10.  To ensure proper cleaning, hygiene & environmental monitoring during IPQA round.

11.  To do any other QA related work allocated by QA seniors.

12.  To ensure proper implementation in SOP’s by concern department.

13.  To attain training on SOP’s, guidelines & articles.

14.  Environmental monitoring in production area.

15.  To Implement and perform the procedures as per the Integrated Management system (IMS) which conforms to the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and ISO 45001:2018 (OHSAS).

16.  Be aware of IMS policy and its intention, and his/her role in fulfilling the requirements of the IMS policy, and the consequences of not fulfilling the requirements

17.Comply to the PPE requirements and emergency preparedness  requirements of the work being performed.
