Job description:

Experience from the forging industry is must
Will control PPC, Vendor Development, Purchase, QA, Production, Procuring, installing required Machinery and Maintenance of that.
Experience of working in SME and grown with the company

Required Candidate profile:

Plant Operations, Customer Quality, Business Volume Enhancement, New Product Development, Project Planning for New Plant/Factory Set-Up, Industrial Management System and Business Development
Job Description:
Accountability of Shift output, Quality, Uptime of Machine
Can ensure best Forging Practices in the shop .
To implement the lean process of manufacturing
Troubleshooting in Forging Shop.
Analyse and make CAPA.
To Ensure best results from supporting departments ( Maintenance, Toolroom Etc).

Qualification –
Experience – min 15 years
