Job Objective:
To plan proper utilisation of raw material, manpower , resources and to ensure
quality products are delivered to the customers on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the production planning, achieving targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis, with minimum rejections.
- To plan for new product development and its on-time introduction in the market as per the requirement.
- Maintaining the monthly MIS reports & stock report.
- To update the purchase department with the raw material requirement.
- To handle & solve all the quality complaints on time.
- To ensure maintenance of the productive equipment is done every month.
- To handle & conduct the internal & external audits.
- Ensure on time dispatch as per the schedule given.
- To increase productivity and reduce overtime.
- Timely update to management about activities carried on a daily basis.
- Ensure everyone in the team wears personal protection equipment.
- Ensure everyone adheres to safety norms so that there is no workplace hazard.
- To provide internal technical trainings to team for not less hrs. 8 hours per month.
- To identify and suggest management for process improvement.
- To reduce the man-hours.
- To maintain good house-keeping and should implement 3S in the work area.
