Job Objective :
To maintain quality parameters in product, handle customer complaints and also to ensure minimum stock is maintained.
Production & Stores :
1) To coordinate with the sales team and management for the manufacturing and dispatch plan.
2) To check and update material inward and outward stock also to update about the same to the General Manager on a daily basis.
3) Scrutinizing all the incoming material according to the supplier’s invoice and quantity.
4) To update stock register without errors on a daily basis and to inform the production manager about the stock register details.
5) To update the rejection report on a daily basis without any errors and send the monthly report to the Chakan unit, Pune.
6) To arrange raw material required for production.
7) To prepare the daily production report.
8) To prepare the PDI report, job card reports.
9) To dispatch material to the customers as and when required by coordinating with Director and marketing team.
10)Responsible for record keeping and tracking of the raw material sent for job work.
11) To check the stores stock monthly, prepare the stock statements and submit it to the accounts department on the 1st of every month.
12) Arrangement of the transport/vehicle for the dispatch of material.
13) Preparing of the stock reports for the internal auditing done by the Dinesh Yadav.
14) To inform the marketing team about the customer’s delivery schedule planned every time.
15) Ensure stores unit is ready for sudden customer visits.
16) To maintain good house – keeping and 5S in his respective plant/work place.
Quality: 17) Ensure that the finished goods are dispatched as per customer’s quality specifications
18) To ensure that the calibration of gauges are done on time.
19) To prepare the FPI (First Piece Inspection Report).
20) To maintain the customer complains file.
21) Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Maintenance:
22) To do the preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all the machines.
23) To prepare the monthly maintenance report.
