Metallurgist

Job objective:
To monitor the sheet of metallurgical quality control regularly.

Key responsibilities:
1) Perform raw material testing (Mechanical & Chemical)
2) Maintain test certification of steel lot.
3) Maintain test parameters in accordance with written test procedures.
4) Daily monitor heat treatment for production.
5) Maintain documents for IATF (HT & lab).
6) Responsible for complying with departmental ISO procedures.
7) Identifies and corrects instrumentation malfunctions through application of sound troubleshooting techniques.
8) Supervise magnaflux, spark and spectral inspection.

UG :B.Sc in Other Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Metallurgy

PG :M.Tech in Metallurgy

Experience: 5 – 10 Years
