Job Objective:

To plan and achieve production target as per the schedule

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for production planning, achieving targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, with minimum rejections.
2. To minimize wastages and spillages of raw materials while handling and processing.
3. To train new workers and make proper allocation of work as per the member’s knowledge   and skills.
4. To maintain good house – keeping in his respective plant / work place.
5. Ensure everyone in the team adhere safety. i.e. Usage of the personal protection equipment.
6. Ensure everyone adheres to the safety norms so that there is no workplace hazard
7. Ensure daily maintenance is done on time.
8. To prepare and maintain log sheets as per the customer’s specifications.
9. To implement 3S in the shop-floor.
