Job Objective:

Sales growth from development of higher-performing products, cost reductions through yield improvement, sustainability for cost or customer reasons, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibility:

1)     To follow Quality Policy, EHS policy & Data integrity policy.

2)     To follow safety norms and personal and hygiene practices in premises as per relevant SOP.

3)     To ensure that workers are using proper PPEs and following safe practices during various operations.

4)     To maintain all relevant records as per the current good manufacturing practices.

5)     To strictly follow the laid down procedure for operations and maintenance.

6)     Operation and cleaning of R and D/Pilot plant equipment /Instrument /glass wares.

7)     Recording data and details ensure log book and experiment sheet /BMR/ECR.

8)     Maintain stock /uses and receipt of raw materials.

9)     Operations and calibration of various of instrument/equipment’s available in R and D and Pilot plant.

10) To maintain secrecy of product and work of R and D and of company.

11)Preparation of R and D experiment data

12)To prepare /review /modify SOPs as per current regulatory /EHS and industrial practices.
