Job Objective:

* To handle stores related activity such as raw material storage and issuing as per requirement.

* Key Responsibility:

1)    Strictly follow the rules and regulations as per company policy.

2)    Follow entry and exit policy.

3)    Filling the record of store along with completion of store activity such as Verification of balance, & monitoring temperature and Humidity as per SOP.

4)    To carry out cleaning and sanitation of equipment and store cubicle as per the SOP.

5)    Reading and understanding SOP’s as and when required.

6)    Immediately inform to seniors if any deviation observed in process.

7)    Manpower Handling.

8)    Handling, storage, Quarantining & proper Labelling for received material.

9)    Dispensing of raw material and packing material as per Bill of material to production.

10) To Monitoring the finished goods loading while Dispatch of material.

11) To prepare the GRN of received Raw material & packing material and unloads the material as per the SOP.

12) Monitoring of Retesting of Material & Checking of Raw material.

13) Arrangement of Raw material and Segregating according to status.

14)Update physical stock verification of raw material & packing material.

Additional Responsibilities :

    Follow Stores In charge Orders time to time.
