Job Objective :

To ensure smooth working of the production unit and to handle the manpower and to solve customer issues and to handle sales & marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Responsible for the production planning of the plant, achieving target on daily, weekly and monthly basis, with minimum rejections.

2.  To guide all the plant team for proper production planning and for achieving all the targets on time.

3.  To ensure all the components are available for production.

4.  To check the raw material and finished goods & to plan the production activities and to decide what resources are required and what resources are available to fulfill the production requirements.

5.  To visit the plant daily and to ensure that production is done on time.

6.  To do maintenance of all the machines.

7.  Increase the productivity and to reduce overtime.

8.  Timely update to the management about the activities carried on a daily basis.

9.  Ensure everyone in the team wears personal protective equipment.

10.        Ensure everyone adheres to safety norms so that there is no workplace hazard.

11.        Provide internal technical trainings to the team for not less than 8 hours per month.

12.       To prepare and submit monthly reports of consumption, reduction in man-hours per tonnage, rejections and safety reports on the 7th of every month to the management.

13.       To generate new enquire through Indiamart/ Tender / Email/Phone.

14.       Reply to all the customer queries with the quotations at the earliest.

15.       Prepare and use the BOM for the production as per the customer’s requirement.

16.       To keep a good relation with the customers, manage their accounts and generate repetitive business.

17.       To coordinate with the vendors for artwork development, sample printing etc.

18.  Increase in products manufactured compared to the previous quarter or reduction in man hours with the same number of products manufactured in the previous quarter.

19.  To submit the product samples to the customers and get trials done.

20.  Maintain and update the master data sheet.
