Job Objective:
To ensure that the line quality is maintained and reports are prepared and submitted on time,
To ensure the quality of the printing product.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Line production should be as per the specifications and customer norms.
2) All products should be prepared as per the bill of material (BOM).
3) Ensure inward coating & ink quality are as per specifications.
4) Products must be issued UN as per the customer’s requirement.
5) Ensure printing quality & artwork is as per the customer specifications.
6) To prepare and submit all the following reports: first piece, leak testing, in process, Measurement Statistical Analysis (MSA) etc.
7) Ensure that all the machines are operating as per operating procedures / work instructions of QMS.
8) To set / keep changing parameters of all the machines as per customer’s product.
9) Ensure products must have traceability batch no. / code.
10) To submit monthly rejection data.
11) To prepare customer complaint analysis.
12) To inform about calibration of gauges & measuring instruments to the concerned person and get it done.
13) To Ensure that everyone in the team follows safety i.e. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
14)Ensure printing coating & spray painting quality, quantity, identification & storage must be planned on a daily basis & maintaining of the records.
15) To maintain good house – keeping and 3S in his respective plant / work place.
16) Ensure production unit is ready for sudden customer visits.
17) Any other jobs assigned by the management.
