Job Objective:

3 Generate Objectives:

1.Sales Volume 

2.Profit

3.Growth in terms of 5 “M”

(MEN, MONEY, MATERIAL, MACHINE, METHOD).

Key Responsibilities:

 Sales Planning:

1.           To make sales plan (Weekly,Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, And Yearly) & gives to production department before require time. Any changes immediately communicate to concern departments.

Supply Chain Management:

1.           Arranging vehicles for local dispatch & containers for Export.

2.           Material Dispatch planning

3.           Preparation of all documents required for export, if require local.

4.           Daily communication with Store person for dispatch related work

5.           Daily communication with QA for customer related query reply

6.           Timely reply to customer’s daily mail with required documents.

7.           Taking sample follow up with QA for sending sample to customer & follow with customer for same sample approval status.

8.      Communication with CHA (Custom House Agent) for vessel schedule & accordingly arranging container to factory for loading/stuffing.

9.Arranging various documents required by customers time to time

10. Looking after GST Refund. Sometime visiting to GST Mumbai office for this work

External Compliances/Government Authorities & Documentations:

              1    Preparation of documents related to DGFT (Director General Foreign Trade) work (Advance License opening, closing & MEIS License. etc.)

2.           Preparation of documents related to FDA (Food & Drug Administration) License work. Visiting FDA Pune or CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation) Mumbai office for various License, WHO GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) work.

3.           Responsible to renew the Licence if require.

4.           Bank documentation for export customer payment.

5.           Bank packing credit for documentation.

Follow-up For Payment:

1.   Existing/Newly Customer(Local/Foreign)

Additional Responsibilities :

1. To provide technical advice whenever necessary.

2. To obtain new customer.

3. To search & maintain customer co-operation.

4. To keep personal expenses within specific limit.
