Senior Formulation Operators

Key Responsibility:

1.     Conducting R & D trials for formulations.

2.     To complete schedule as per R and D plan and ensuring optimum utilization of resources i.e. Manpower, Machine, Material.

3.     Co-ordination with QA (Quality Assurance), QC (Quality Control), Store and maintenance department for concern work.

4.     Planning of change parts and spares.

5.     Making sure that all R and D deviations are reported and evaluated and those critical deviations are investigated and the conclusion are recorded.

6.     Communicate with shift in charge/officer time to time about current process activities without fail.

7.     Immediately inform to shift in charge/Assistant Manager /Officer in any abnormality or deviation observed during process.

8.     Follow the safety rules during working in plant.

9.     Operation and cleaning of equipment as per BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), SOP (Standard Operating Process) in R and D area.

10.  Execution of batch manufacturing records.

11.  Execution of equipment logbook, temperature humidity, and pressure differential record.

Additional Responsibilities:

Apart from the job specified above, you may have to perform the duties which can be done in your area as suggested by your superior.
