Key responsibilities:
1. To check incoming raw material as per specification.
2. To prepare and update quality report also incoming and out-going material report.
3. To prepare PDI as per specification.
4. To maintain rejection book as with CAPA.
5. To prepare Adhesive gum as per specification.
6. To ensure safety precautions are followed by all the workers and co-workers and ensure everyone is using PPE’s.
7. To maintain good housekeeping and 3S in the work area and in the shop-floor.
8. To plan and calibrate the gauges and instruments.
9. To submit the MIS reports.
