Major benefits I have gained from this project are as under:-
- This program has enabled me to distinguish between skills, traits, motives and self-concepts that contribute towards a functional workplace behavior and identify them distinctly in a big picture.
- My job as a facilitator is picking up behavioral data of participants in terms of ‘action’ and ‘speech’ and laying it bare in front of participants to help them cull out their learnings for a functional behavior in the team environment. This program has helped me in looking at competencies as part of a cluster and made it easy for me to find a pattern in the emerging data points.
- It has made me aware of various ways and means that can be used for an Individual Development Plan.

Q. How is a content of the course prepared, what is the quality?
These courses are prepared after doing dedicated research on the topic where theories and its application in the business are verified.
Q. Are the distance education courses recognized?
The courses for usual topics like Performance Management, Staffing, etc are recognized by ICSIL, a govt of India undertaking and govt of NCT Delhi company. It is one of the largest manpower companies of the government of NCT Delhi.
Advance subject courses like Competency Mapping, Psychometric Testing, etc are recognized by the IAAP (International Association of Applied Psychology) and Council of Behavioral Research. This is because government bodies do not have expertise in these areas. University and government officers themselves come to us for doing these courses and hence we required specialized institutions like IAAP and Council of Behavioral Research to recognize these courses. To the best of our knowledge, no other institution has better course curriculum or recognition. Additionally, the courses are reviewed under ISO certification process and developed by a Ph.D. kind of research work. Its level of recognition and nature is also judged by the fact that several A Grade companies belonging to Fortune 500 and BT 100 list of companies have nominated their executives and senior leaders/managers to our courses. Example- RIL, Peerless Group of Companies, BHEL etc.
Q. Are there any formal exams?
It is a mix of assignment submission and objective test system. You will be trained well to pass these exams.
Q. What is the procedure for submitting the assignments and project?
Every course module will be followed by its related assignment. You will have to complete the questions/ case studies, etc., either by typing it or else by writing in a clean legible handwriting and posting/emailing the same to us to our Pune, India address/ firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. What is the market value of these courses?
All the online education courses have got very good market value not only in India but also overseas. Many of our course admissions are from foreign countries like U.S.A, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and many more countries.

Q. What are the documents required while applying for admission?
The documents required are the duly filled application form, acceptance of admission policies, various mark sheets, experience letter as listed on the application form and 1 recent passport size photographs.

Q. Are there any discounts?
One can avail of the early bird discount of 10% if the payment reaches us before the date mentioned in the mailer.
Q. Can I take two courses at one time?
Yes, even three courses can be done at a time. You should be prepared to invest a minimum of one hour per day per course.
Q. Can I avail a further discount if I enroll for 2 or more than 2 courses simultaneously?
Yes, You can get a further discount on the said fees if you enroll for 2 or more courses. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the names of the desired courses to know about the discounts.
Q. Is there an installment facility available?
You can avail of an installment facility. You can talk with course coordinator for details. However, no other discount except the group admission discount would be applicable in case you avail the installment facility.
Q. Are there any contact classes?
There are no contact classes during the course, but similar sessions are there by way of online classes. Additionally, if you have any doubts/queries, you can contact us through email or phone and your queries/doubts will be answered promptly. You can also attend our workshops on the same subject and avail the facility of waiver of one day’s (i.e. about 33% to 50%) fee out of the total number of days of the workshop.
Q. Can you explain by example the above process of discount?
Yes. For example, if a workshop on your subject (course you are pursuing with us) is of two days duration and the fee is Rs.12000 you get a waiver of one day out of two days’ fee and pay only Rs.6000 (i.e. 50% discount). Same way if the workshop is of three days duration and the fee is Rs. 18000 you will have to pay only Rs. 12000 (i.e. A discount of Rs. 6000 i.e. a discount of 33%) and so on. There are other discounts available as well. Please talk to your course coordinator.
Alternatively, you can use your credit card and get it paid in installment.
Q. What is the location of these courses?
Since the courses run online by way of video sessions, you can do this from any location.
Q. How can understand fees for each course?

Q. As a student can I avail any further discount?
Students can avail a further discount of 5% on the course fees. To be eligible for the student category, one should be studying in a full-time P.G. course in a recognized institute/university. You will have to submit proof (i.e. Photocopy of institute identity card or letter from your Dean/Director) for the same.
Q. Is There any fee difference for Indian and overseas participants?
Yes, because of expensive postage and other administrative expenses, the fees are different. Please check individual course details for more information.
Q. What are the renewal charges for courses?
The student has to pay renewal charges if he/she has not completed the course assignments within stipulated period for the course. You can renew the course by making payment of 25% of the original fee.
